Localization of turbo compressor in Iran.
Designing and engineering of exporting and boosting Gas stations.Establishment a JVC with foreign companies to support localization and after sale services. Implementation of exist and free capacities of Iranian vendors Construction and commissioning of compressor stations. To be as EPC and GC contractor.
Field of Oil Turbo Compressor Equipment activities :
HG manufacturing : All system or sub systems have known by a HG no. , then prior of any packaging activities , the required HGS must be manufactured and delivered to the workshop .
Packaging :
This activity consists of 4 steps :
Mechanical including erection of electrical equipment ,wiring and cabling .
Piping: erection of all pipes and Hydrostatic test.
Welding : sizing ,cutting of pipes , then welding together to flanges.
Production capacity :
Presently the production capacity stands at 25 units /year . However with some new investment , this capacity can be in creased to 50 units, should there be an increase in received purchase orders.
